How many photos do you take with Unlimited HDR Photography?

We take enough to showcase the property at it’s best. Capturing every angle and amenity of the home.

Upto 1300 sqft: 20-30 Photos
1300-2000 sqft: 30-40 Photos
2000-3000sqft: 40-50 Photos
3000-4000 50-60 Photos
4000+: 60+ Photos

What is your turnaround?

HDR Photos: Next business day by 12:00PM (Friday shoots delivered Monday)
3D Walkthrough: Within Two business days by 5:00PM (Friday shoots delivered Monday)
Floor Plans: Within two business days.
Aerial Photos and Video: Within two business days.
Video Walkthrough: Within two business days.

What are your Floorplans like?

Our floor plans are taken internally wall-to-wall and provide both imperial and metric dimensions for each room. Please note the floor plans do not include ceiling heights.

How long is the 3D Virtual Tour hosted for?

We host the 3D Virtual Tour on Matterport for free for 1 year. It is an additional $59 per year to extend hosting.

What areas do you service?

Our normal area of service almost all of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Pickering, Markham.
We can service outside of these areas but for listings more than 40 km away from Markham (M3J 1P3), there is an additional travel charge of $0.99/km return trip (80km included) to cover our photographer’s time getting to and from the property.

How much notice do you need for bookings?

The more notice the better! But generally, we can accommodate most shoots with 1-2 business days notice.
Bookings made after 5PM will be processed the next business day.

How long do your shoots take?

The virtual tour shoot time is based on the square footage of the home and what services are being provided.

Unlimited HDR Photography:
Up to 3000 Sq. Feet: 1 hour
3000 Sq. Feet+ : 2 hours

Just 360 Virtual Tour:

Up to 2000 Sq. Feet: 1 hour

2000-3000 Sq. Feet: 2.5 hours

3000-5000 Sq. Feet: 3 hours

5000 Sq. Feet+ : 4-5 hours

Unlimited HDR Photography + 360 Virtual Tour

Up to 1500 Sq. Feet: 1.5 hours

2000-3000 Sq. Feet: 2.5-3 hours

3000-5000 Sq. Feet: 4 hours

5000 Sq. Feet+ : 5-6 hours

Why do you charge additional for amenities?

We charge for amenities to compensate our photographers. This is done to be fair to them for their time since it usually takes a long time to get into/out of amenities and getting the approval of security on-site for amenities photos.
